At Alex Mill, we want you to love your forever favorites, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 21 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a direct exchange for a different size or color.
Print Your Label
Generate and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Your Package
Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
